01How much does a project cost?
Our packages start at ₹45,000 for a focused brand sprint, with most complete identity and packaging engagements falling between ₹1,20,000 and ₹3,50,000 depending on scope and SKU count. Ongoing marketing retainers start at ₹40,000 per month. Every quote is fixed and itemised before we begin — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
02What are your payment terms?
Project work is split 50% on kickoff and 50% on final delivery. Larger engagements can be broken into three or four milestone payments tied to phase approvals. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, UPI and international wire.
03How long does a typical branding project take?
Most brand identity projects run four to eight weeks depending on scope. We share a clear timeline with milestones during discovery so you always know what to expect and when.
04How will we communicate during the project?
You get a dedicated project lead and a shared WhatsApp or Slack channel for day-to-day questions, plus scheduled video reviews at each milestone. We respond within one business day, and all feedback and approvals are documented so nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
05Do you work with clients outside Kolkata and India?
Yes. We are based in Kolkata but work remotely with founders across India, the Middle East, the UK and the US. Our process is built for remote collaboration, and we schedule calls to suit your timezone. For export brands we also handle region-specific packaging compliance.
06What do you need from me to get started?
